ROME, Jan 10 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Bishops' Conference and Zagreb Archbishop, Josip Bozanic, on Wednesday arrived in Rome, where he will discuss the marking of the 20th anniversary of the death of Croatian cardinal
Franjo Seper with the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Josef Ratzinger. Seper was the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (the former Sant Uffizio, i.e. the Inquisition) from 1968 to 1981. He became Zagreb Archbishop in 1960 and was named cardinal five years later. He was considered one of the most important persons of the Vatican curia. Bozanic and Ratzinger will discuss ways to mark the 20th anniversary of Seper's death and Bozanic will hold talks in other Vatican congregations as well.(hina) rml
