ZAGREB, Jan 4 (Hina) - The president of Croatia's Coordination of Jewish Communities, Ognjen Kraus, is satisfied the display stolen from the Jasenovac museum in 1991, at the beginning of the Serb aggression on Croatia, will be
returned to Croatia by the end of the year. An agreement to that effect has been reached by the Washington-based Holocaust Museum and the Croatian government. The Culture Ministry yesterday confirmed the Holocaust Museum had taken over the Jasenovac display which had been stored, untended, on Bosnian Serb territory. Jasenovac was the site of a concentration camp in operation in the 1941-1945 Independent State of Croatia. The display includes artefacts, documents, film footage and photographs stored in 19 tin boxes.(hina) ha
