The shipyard's officials said that the owners would lease the
tanker to the British Petroleum oil company, as they had done with
the first tanker in the production series which was handed to
Frontline on October 22.
The tanker's capacity is 47,355 tonnes and it is able to reach
speeds of 15.5 knots.
With today's hand-over, Uljanik has completely fulfilled its plan
for this year for the construction of five commissioned ships.
