The first to perform was Slovene poet Ciril Zlobec, the laureate of
the First International Poets Festival.
In addition to many Croatian poets, poems were also read by Nenad
Valentin Borozan of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Munib Delalic of Norway,
Bogomil Gjuzel of Macedonia, Veselko Koroman of Bosnia, Jasna
Melvinger of Yugoslavia, Mario Papp of Hungary, Gila Philipp-
Kullmann of Germany, Bratislav Taskovski of Macedonia, and Leo
Wintgens of Belgium.
The winner of this year's festival is Bogomil Gjuzel, poet,
essayist, prose and drama writer and translator.
