ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - A Croatian vice-premier and chairman of the

confirmed Friday that the deadline for the submission of binding
offers for the purchase of INA shares by strategic partners had been
extended from December 18 to January 22 of next year. #L#
The deadline has been extended because INA's developmental plan
will be amended by the end of the year. Potential partners will be
acquainted with the latest data and project reports for the next
five years so they could submit good offers, Linic said.
The potential buyers of 25 percent plus one share of INA are
Austria's OMV, Hungary's MOL and Russia's Rosneft.
The Economy Ministry has sent notifications about the extension of
the deadline to all three partners, said Linic.
