MPs have submitted 429 amendments to the draft budget, asking for an
additional three billion kuna and suggesting cuts by about one
billion kuna.
The government has announced it will turn down the amendments.
However, it will present its five amendments to save 43.5 million
kuna (5.85 million kuna), which should cut budgetary spending from
87.879 billion kuna (EUR11.827 billion) to 87.836 billion
(EUR11.821 billion).
