would be human and fair to forgive raids on the southern Croatian
towns of Dubrovnik and Konavle. #L#
"It would be inhumane and unfair to forget the raids on Dubrovnik
and Konavle, but it would be human and fair to forgive," he said.
Poljanic, who was the mayor of Dubrovnik at the time of raids, said
that relations between Croatia and Montenegro were drawing closer
to the pre-war level.
"The war was a consequence of a certain policy, but the same way that
happened then, our policy today can help that everything returns to
the former level of relations between Croatia and Montenegro,"
Poljanic said.
