coordinating body of trade unions of the Sisak Ironworks, Mate Somic, that protesters disperse after the trustee in bankruptcy announced the payment of two months' worth of late wages, some 2,000 workers are continuing their protest in the town. The protesters are requesting written guarantees from the government that they will not be sacked and that the government will secure their salaries until the selection of a new strategic partner and owner of the factory.
