There is no official confirmation yet that Korac and Korade are
suspects. The two retired generals are unavailable for comment.
The government said on Friday it had received a note from the
prosecution of the ICTY yesterday requesting the government's help
in organising an interview between ICTY representatives and two
persons in their capacity as suspects.
In today's statement the government said it could not reveal the
names of the two officials before notifying them and obtaining
their consent that their names be revealed in public.
Prime Minister Ivica Racan today declined to comment on unofficial
information alleging that the two suspects are the aforementioned
Markac and Korade.
