instead of an integrated service, as unacceptable. #L#
A spokesman for the Office of the High Representative, Patrik Volf,
said on Tuesday Ashdown had sent a written warning to the three
members of the presidency, saying that the first decision they had
made, threatened the efforts so far invested in the integration of
state leadership's activities.
The integration of experts services, which used to be divided
according to the ethnic line, started during the term of office of
the previous composition of the Bosnian Presidency when it
consisted of representatives of Social Democrats (the SDP), the
Party for BiH and the Socialist Party of the Republic of Srpska (SP
RS).
After October's election, they were replaced by representatives of
three major national parties, Dragan Covic, Sulejman Tihic and
Mirko Sarovic, who won the ballot.
The new presidency held just one session and its very first decision
provoked criticism of the British diplomat, Ashdown.
