Croatia's diplomat advocated the development and changes of the
constitutional solutions in accordance to the political, economic
and social trends in Bosnia.
She said the solutions, pursuant to the Dayton Peace Accords, were
the only possible resolution at the time of the conclusion of that
agreement, but they were the foundation and not the roof of the
organisation of Bosnia.
She supported the proposals which the international community's
High Representative to Sarajevo, Paddy Ashdown, gave concerning
the establishment of stronger central authorities, simpler
administration and the selection of public servants according to
their knowledge and abilities.
