poet Dragutin Tadijanovic celebrates his 97th birthday on Monday.

Tadijanovic is one of the main initiators of 20th century Croatian
poetry.
He is the author of some 30 books of poetry and prose and more than
500 poems, the editor of some 100 other writers' works, and the
recipient of numerous awards.
