After the Italian Edison Gas did not inspect INA's data room last
week, this week Lukoil was to have done the same, of the initial five
companies that showed interest as potential strategic partners
selected by the government in July, there are now only three
companies, which is the legal minimum required.
The three remaining companies, Rosneft, MOL and OMV have conducted
inspections of the finances and legal business operations in
refineries and sales units and have held various meetings with
INA's experts.
As announced earlier, now it expected that representatives of the
three companies will conduct talks with INA's board.
This should then be followed by binding offers including the amount
offered to purchase 25 percent plus one share in INA.
