"Filip Lacic received a blow to the head, his right shoulder and
right leg below the knee. Doctors have assessed his injuries as
light," Saraja told Hina.
She said police were looking into whether the use of force against
Lacic was founded and in line with the law.
Lacic was forcefully arrested and pushed into a police van by police
officers, since he was resisting arrest.
"The police officers who arrested Lucic have been questioned," she
said, and added that they had to talk to Lucic to hear his side of the
story.
For now, Lucic is refusing to speak with the police, she said.
Filip Lacic is the leader of dismissed police officers whose
protest of several months in front of the government building was
broken up and forbidden on Tuesday night.
Lacic was taken into custody because he had not secured public peace
and order, which he should have done as the organiser of the
protest.
