Participants will address world economy development, the future of
the European Union, direct foreign investments, the development of
multinational companies, structural reforms, and the
macroeconomic policy.
The event is held under the auspices of Portugal's President Jorge
Sampajo.
After a debate on EU's future, the Croatian delegation held talks
with European Commission president Romano Prodi, who supported
Croatia's accelerated admission to the EU.
