THE HAGUE, July 24 (Hina) - Bosnian Serb Milan Simic admitted to the torture of civilians in Bosanski Samac, and the U.N. war crimes tribunal prosecution dropped all other counts of the indictments, under which Simic and another three local Serb officials committed crimes against humanity and grave violations of the Geneva conventions in the region, the ICTY reported on Wednesday.
