BELGRADE, June 19 (Hina) - Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic opened a conference of the foreign ministers of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) in Belgrade on Wednesday. #L# Apart from Yugoslavia, which in March took over the chairmanship of the SEECP, the conference is also attended by the foreign ministers of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Romania, and Turkey. Croatia has observer status. The day-long meeting focuses on the facilitating of free trade, fight against organised crime and terrorism, and the improvement of cooperation in the power industry, transport, and telecommunications. A series of meetings among SEECP ministers will be held during the day, including a meeting between Croatia's Deputy Foreign Minister Vesna Cvjetkovic Kurelec and Yugoslav Foreign Minister Svilanovic, who are to meet this evening.
