Ivancevic said that it was Minister Vidovic who made it possible for
the Croatian unions to enjoy the most comfortable position among
their counterparts in other countries in transition.
This was also the assessment of international experts in labour
market legislation, Ivancevic said at a news conference.
Commenting on the revision of the privatisation and ownership
transformation, the HUP head said it was necessary to carry out the
revision, but he believes that neither the current nor the former
authorities had shown enough political will for this job.
