Delimustafic was arrested in Belgrade on February 17, and convicted
to three months in prison for being in possession of forged
documents. Croatian documents to his name were also found on his
person at the time of arrest.
Bosnia issued an international arrest warrant against Delimustafic
for financial frauds in the country. German authorities also filed
a request with the Yugoslav authorities for his arrest, but
Bosnia's request had precedence.
