KORENICA CEMETERY KORENICA, May 6 (Hina) - The exhumation of remains of people who were killed during the Croatian military liberation operation "Storm" in 1995 began in Korenica on Monday. According to information available so far,
about 20 persons were buried there, mostly members of Serb paramilitary formations, the head of the government's Missing and Imprisoned Persons Office, Ivan Grujic, said. The exhumation is being carried out by a Croatian team of experts, at a court request and with the cooperation of the Hague-based international war-crimes tribunal which conducted trial investigations at the location last year. Grujic said that all those who were killed were buried at the cemetery under the Geneva Convention, and added that this was not a mass grave.(hina) lml
