ZAGREB, April 19 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian parliament's Justice committee, Luka Trconic said on Friday that head State Prosecutor Radovan Ortynski "lost orientation" today in the parliament and if everything what he says
was trues, he should have processed the crimes while he was performing the duty of the State Prosecutor. "Considering that he did not do that, there are no reasons for him to remain in the office," Trconic said, commenting on Ortynski's claims today in the parliament that he can prove the connection between organised crime, authority institutions and media. "Allusions about which Ortynski spoke are inappropriate," Trconic said and added an investigative commission should be formed to examine Ortynski's claims. The parliament will discuss the establishment of such a commission on Monday.(hina) it sb
