Wednesday visited Croatian poet Vesna Parun in Stupicke Spa, on the
occasion of her 80th birthday.#L#
Apart from President Mesic, present were numerous reporters and
medical staff who wished Vesna Parun all the best for her birthday.
Parun has been present in the Croatian literature for over six
decades. Her poems have been translated into about 20 languages,
while her anthological verses marked Croatia's contemporary lyric
poetry.
