Thus far Croatia has returned 82 of 650 carriages to RS and RS 42 of
113 to Croatia, HZ chairman of the board Marija Drempetic said on
Monday. These are carriages which can still be used. Unusable ones
will end on the scrap heap. It has been agreed one scrap carriage is
worth 500 euros. The value of a useable one is around EUR15,000.
According to Drempetic, one third of Croatian carriages in RS and
two thirds of Bosnian Serb ones in Croatia will be junked.
