February 22 was picked as the NSK Day in commemoration of 1948 when Croatia got its first edition "Missal According to Roman Palace Law" which was printed three daces after Guttenberg's discovery of the press machine. Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan, who attended the ceremony, stressed he was full of pride and respect for the fact that this missal, issued in the Glagolitic script, is the fifth book in the history of European press. among electronic publications publishers and the NSK was signed,
