Earlier today, following talks with Austrian President Thomas
Klestil in Belgrade, Djukanovic said he had never said a referendum
on Montenegro would definitely be held. This is a question of the
reaffirmation of Montenegro's statehood, which may be achieved in
different ways, he said.
