Zagreb on Friday. Attending the opening ceremony was Economy Minister Goranko Fizulic. Minister Fizulic announced incentives for foreign investments and the simplification of administrative procedure. An assistant to the minister for investments, Renata Seperic, said the centre should stimulate communication between investors and local administration and self-government and mediate in the establishment of firms. Direct investments in Croatia between 1993 through the third quarter of last year totalled 5.8 billion US dollars.
