Javorova kosa, Podvugles and Veliki glozac tunnels construction sites on the Zagreb-Rijeka highway which is under construction. ARZ director Zoran Klaric told Hina last night that a court would convene on Tuesday in Delince, to which the ARZ has submitted a request for temporary measures of taking over the construction sites of the three tunnels. He stressed "the stumbling block are the debts towards Spie Batignoles for the work done so far. Spie Batignoles wants us to unconditionally accept the amount they put up, which we do not want to do until an international arbitration proves who is right," Klaric said.
