ZAGREB, Jan 20 (Hina) - The president of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and Croatia's Prime Minister, Ivica Racan, on Sunday refused to comment on Drazen Budisa's proposals on changing relations among the coalition partners. Racan
declined to give any comments on Budisa's proposals before the upcoming electoral assembly of the Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS). Budisa, who will run for the HSLS president, proposes that three parties in Croatia's ruling coalition should have the right to veto government decisions.
