ZAGREB, Dec 30 (Hina) - The 30th anniversary of Zagreb's "Vatroslav Lisinski" concert hall was marked on Monday with a concert of the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra.

Lisinski" concert hall was marked on Monday with a concert of the
Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra.#L#
Since it was opened on 29 December 1973, the concert hall has marked
its day every year by organising numerous music events.
Yesterday's event was held under the auspices of President Stjepan
Mesic, who also attended the concert.
The Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, mezzosoprano Renata Pokupic and
pianist Goran Filipec performed the works of Pyotr Ilyitch
Tchaikovsky, Christoph Willibald Gluck, Blagoje Bersa and Dvorak.
Attending the concert, among others, were Zagreb mayor Vlasta Pavic,
Culture Minister Bozo Biskupic, and Croatian Academy of Arts and
Sciences president Milan Mogus.
