Croatians won the match in Ljubljana on Wednesday evening thanks to
the goal scored by Dalibor Prso in the 61st minute. The result was
1:0 for the guests.
The first leg of the play-off between the two teams ended in a 1:1
draw in Zagreb last Saturday.
