Said amount, announced at a European Union summit in Thessalonki,
should help Kosovo consolidate and strengthen institutions, Guele
said.
He added that the European Commission should adopt the draft
proposal on the allocation of the EUR200 million in January.
This year the European Agency for Reconstruction has given EUR46
million for Kosovo. Over the past four years, the EU helped Kosovo
with over one billion euros, the majority of which has been invested
in energetics, reconstruction, and the infrastructure.
