Speaking of regional markets, Granic said that the plan for reform
of the energy sector envisaged the opening of Croatia towards
regional markets "because it would be very hard to ensure an
effective competition in a small market such as Croatia," the
government public relations office said in a statement.
Assessing the results achieved in the last five years, the World
Bank officials congratulated the Croatian government and Granic on
the achievements in the development of the energy sector.
