ZAGREB ARCHBISHOPRIC CARITAS TO MARK 70TH ANNIVERSARY

ZAGREB, Oct 1 (Hina) - The Zagreb Archbishopric's Caritas will mark 70 years of activity with a humanitarian concert at Zagreb's Vatroslav Lisinski concert hall on Oct. 4, manager Jelena Brajsa told reporters on Wednesday. #L# Caritas is currently providing for about 400 children, about 200 elderly and some 50 homeless people in the Zagreb Archbishopric area, Brajsa said, adding that Caritas had also taken on temporary care for 20 students from Serbia-Montenegro studying in Croatia. The concert, named "70 Years of Caritas - 70 Years of Trust", is aimed at expanding and improving the work of Caritas parish branches, said Brajsa. (hina) ha sb
