ZAGREB, Sept 27 (Hina) - A round table organised on the occasion of the Week of Croats from Montenegro was held in Zagreb on Friday. It was said that the survival and development of the Croatian minority in Montenegro depended more on
the economy than policy, even though its position would significantly depend on the adoption of a law on national minorities.

A representative of the Croatian Foreign Ministry, Andrija
Jakovcevic, said the adoption of an agreement on national
minorities could be useful for Croats in Montenegro because the
country had not as yet passed a national minority act.
The event was attended by numerous experts and representatives of
Croats from Montenegro.
