and secrets of preparing lamb under a baking lid by Italian journalist Livio Missio.

wrote an article about date-shells, the catching and serving of
which is forbidden by the law.
The Papageno magazine is in Italian and German which is a good
promotion of Croatia's tourism and catering abroad.
