BANJA LUKA, July 17 (Hina) - At an extraordinary session on Thursday, the Bosnian Serb entity's government adopted decisions which regulate the rights of people accused of war crimes who voluntarily surrender to the tribunal at The
Hague.

Thursday, the Bosnian Serb entity's government adopted decisions
which regulate the rights of people accused of war crimes who
voluntarily surrender to the tribunal at The Hague. #L#
All people who turn themselves in to the U.N. court for the former
Yugoslavia with the mediation of relevant entity bodies will
receive guarantees from the Republic of Srpska government for their
temporary release pending trial.
The government also committed itself to extending financial
assistance to the families of such persons.
The extraordinary government session was held on the eve of the
arrival of the Hague tribunal's chief prosecutor Carla Del Ponte to
Banja Luka on Friday.
