According to the Macedonian head of state, who arrived in Zagreb
today for a three-day official visit, Tomcic and he agreed that
regional cooperation was an important precondition for the two
countries' admission into Euro-Atlantic organisations.
The two officials also voiced moderate optimism about the current
situation in the region.
"We have stressed that the European Union's support, not only
verbal but also practical, is very important on our path towards
European integration processes," Trajkovski said.
After his talks with Tomcic, Trajkovski will meet Croatian Premier
Ivica Racan.
