THE HAGUE/ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Thursday requested the Serbian government to submit transcripts made at meetings between Slobodan Milosevic and his closest
associates in 1991/92, which the prosecutors claim relate to the essence of their case.
THE HAGUE/ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - The International Criminal
Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Thursday requested the
Serbian government to submit transcripts made at meetings between
Slobodan Milosevic and his closest associates in 1991/92, which the
prosecutors claim relate to the essence of their case. #L#
The Tribunal orders Serbia and Montenegro to submit, within a
month's time, the transcripts of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
Supreme Defence Council's meetings, which are on the list of
priority documents, the ICTY said.
The Supreme Defence Council at the time included the presidents of
Serbia, Montenegro and the Yugoslav federation, the army's chief-
of-staff and the Yugoslav ministers of defence and interior.
