Djapic told a news conference in parliament he was satisfied with
the fact that the Gotovina case was once again in the focus of public
attention, but in a new way. So far, state officials have been
exclusively saying that it is necessary to arrest Gotovina, while
some politicians "have been using Gotovina to score cheap political
points, pretending to be protecting him, while in reality they were
causing him harm", said Djapic.
