BELGRADE, June 11 (Hina) - Former Yugoslav President Zoran Lilic arrived in The Hague on Tuesday to testify in the trial of ex-Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic before the U.N. war crimes tribunal, Belgrade's Radio B92 learned in the
Dutch city.

Lilic had already appeared at the Hague court last year but refused
to testify because competent bodies in Yugoslavia had not exempted
him from the obligation to keep official and military secrets.
The trial chamber in charge of the Milosevic trial recently
subpoenaed Lilic and the Serbia-Montenegro national council for
cooperation with the Hague tribunal allowed him to disclose state
secrets.
