ZAGREB, June 9 (Hina) - The Greek parliament on Monday ratified with a majority vote the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between Croatia and the European Union, the Croatian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The SAA is expected to be sent to the Greek President for signing
during June, after which the document will be sent to the Council of
the European Union in Brussels.
The SAA between Croatia and the EU has already been ratified by
Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, France
and Sweden.
Croatia signed the SAA in October 2001. The agreement will become
effective after it is ratified by the parliaments of all EU member
countries. It has already been ratified by the Croatian and
European parliaments.
