Amendments were adopted under which chains of shops could no longer
charge for commercial plastic bags given to customers when they
purchase some goods. Another adopted amendment says that the entire
telecommunications network, including mobile telephony, as well as
postal services are added to public services.
So far, public services have referred to services of provision of
power, water, gas and utilities.
Almost a half of the changes are in favour of consumers.
The changes, moved by the government, should ensure a simpler
procedure for allowing unemployed persons on working age to live on
welfare.
