The leaflet reads that members of the ITA will fight "against evil,
injustice and crime with all available means and clean Istria of the
vermin". The leaflet further says that the ITA was founded on May 1
this year in an Istrian town and that its "justice avenging" members
are ready for efficient action in Istria. It particularly intends
to settle accounts with the "Albanian-Muslim-Serb underground"
which it claims poisons "the youth with drugs and prostitution" as
well as with Bosnian business people who it claims hold monopoly
over the construction industry.
The listed persons will be punished according to the degree of guilt
and punishment will range from light and serious bodily injuries
and expulsion from Istria to physical liquidation, the leaflets
say.
The police are collecting information on the locations where the
leaflets appeared, their number and possible authors.
