developmental plans of counties began in Vinkovci Thursday

The seminar has been organised by a Belgian non-governmental
organisation "BAG", a Dutch NGO, IKV, an association of Dutch
municipalities, the Kontakt der Kontinenten centre and the Proni
centre from Osijek.
Attending the event are some 100 people who will discuss solutions
on the possibilities of economic development of eastern Croatia.
