SPLIT, May 15 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Zlatko Gareljic said in Split Thursday that Croatian-U.S. military exercises planned for this summer would not affect life in Croatia or the tourist season, especially because
only one military exercise was planned on the coast and islands for this summer, while the other in the Grahovo area in Bosnia.

Gareljic said in Split Thursday that Croatian-U.S. military
exercises planned for this summer would not affect life in Croatia
or the tourist season, especially because only one military
exercise was planned on the coast and islands for this summer, while

Gareljic told a news conference that all activities planned by the
army were organised so as not to disturb civilian life, and the
exercises were of an extent and intensity which would not affect the
course of normal life.
