the president of the Egyptian parliamentary Assembly for Foreign

According to a statement issued by the Croatian Embassy in Cairo
Sunday, the delegation of the Croatian Parliament's Foreign
Affairs Committee arrived in Egypt at the invitation of the
Egyptian Committee.
At the talks between the Croatian delegation and Egyptian senior
officials it was said that the UN needs to have the leading role in
solving crisis situations in the world, particularly after the war
in Iraq.
Egypt advocates a just and comprehensive agreement among
Palestinians and Israeli, Egyptian officials stressed and hailed
Croatian political standpoints particularly regarding peace, the
statement said.
