"If people will truly listen to the Holy Father's message of peace,
then it will incite the secular and the religious authorities to
build a culture of love and just peace, and there is no just peace
without the free return and survival of the displaced," Puljic said
in response to a question whether the pope's visit to Banja Luka
would facilitate Croats' return to the Republic of Srpska.
Puljic was interviewed by a Catholic monthly from Tomislavgrad.
