ZAGREB, April 30 (Hina) - Croatian vice-premier Ante Simonic and deputy parliament president Mato Arlovic on Wednesday held talks with a senior expert of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in charge of
national human rights and the institution of ombudsman, John Hucker.

Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in charge of national human rights and

The talks focused on the institution of the ombudsman in Croatia
with the aim of providing a comprehensive and objective assessment
on the legal and political scopes of the ombudsman's activities,
the government and parliament public relations offices said.
The two separate meetings with Hucker were held as part of a project
sponsored by the OSCE Mission in Croatia.
