Zdravko Bosancic, county assembly president Ramir Ristic and secretary Davor Bruncic over the unlawful change of the local government's composition.
OSIJEK, April 17 (Hina) - The Osijek-Baranja County branch of the
Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party on Thursday pressed charges
with the municipal state prosecution in Osijek against Deputy
Justice Minister Miljenko Kovac, prefect Zdravko Bosancic, county
assembly president Ramir Ristic and secretary Davor Bruncic over
the unlawful change of the local government's composition. #L#
The charges were pressed because Bognar, Ristic, and Bruncic,
referring to an opinion submitted by the justice ministry and
signed by Kovac, today "convened, organised, and held an illegal
session of the assembly" in the wake of resignations tendered by 26
councillors from the HDZ, the Croatian Social Liberal Party, and
the Croatian Party of Rights.
