Only two persons have been listed so far -- two Bosnian Serbs.
Milovan Cicko Bjelica from Rogatica and Momcilo Momo Mandic from
Kalinovik have been banned from entering any of EU countries
because they helped two war crimes indictees -- former Bosnian Serb
leaders Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic.
According to EU sources, the list of undesirable people is open for
any person proved to be protecting people indicted for war crimes.
The EU passed a decision on banning entry to unwanted persons with
the support of the U.N. war crimes tribunal at The Hague.
Bjelica and Mandic were suggested by Paddy Ashdown, the
international community's High Representative in Bosnia and
Herzegovina.
